Vivago technology is based on real-time adaptive algorithms for activity and sleep measurement.
Vivago has its own sleep measurement algorithms based on the actigraphy method, developed in collaboration with VTT and sleep researchers. The algorithms have been clinically validated in a sleep laboratory and Vivago's measurement has a sensitivity of over 96% compared to polysomnography.
