Vivago solution supports independent living at home and develops home care services

Vivago solution supports independent and safe living at home and supports the work of home care in many ways. Care professionals automatically receive real-time information on the wellbeing of customers living at home and information any changes in their wellbeing. Doctors can monitor the effectiveness of medication, rehabilitation or other interventions when reviewing a customer's care plan. Continuous monitoring of wellbeing helps in preventive care and in decision-making, for example when determining a customer's level of care or placement.

For a customer living at home, making an alarm is as simple as pressing the alarm button on the watch. At the time of the alarm, the caregiver can open a voice connection to the customer's home to get more information about the need for assistance. A view can also be shared with relatives.

Timely care

Automatic alarms and notifications of changes in customer’s wellbeing allow rapid intervention in case of deterioration of the customer’s condition. Rapid intervention can also reduce the need for acute care and create cost savings.

Vivago solution helps to identify customers in need of support. With earlier intervention the care resources can be allocated to the right place, saving professionals' time. The solution provides comprehensive reports to support home care and improves the service of the care unit.
