Real-time monitoring of sleep, activity and circadian rhythm
Vivago solution provides real-time data on a customer's sleep, activity and circadian rhythm. The service provides healthcare professionals with a snapshot of the customer's wellbeing and functional capacity 24/7. Real-time wellbeing data and automatic alarms can be used to help assess the customer’s service needs, plan follow-up of care and collaborate with doctors.
The solution provides automatic alarms and notifications of changes in a customer's wellbeing, helping care professionals respond quickly and target care to those who need it the most. This information can be used to deliver customer-oriented and timely night-time care. Real-time data shows when help is needed, for example, when the customer is getting out of bed, which helps to avoid falls during the night. Wellbeing data can also be used for resource planning, such as scheduling shifts so that nurses on the morning shift start according to the customers’ wake-up rhythms.
Indicators of circadian rhythm, sleep and activity
Many changes in functional capacity are reflected in a person's circadian rhythm, sleep, and activity levels. Analysing wellbeing data is a powerful tool for identifying problems, evaluating care, and measuring its effectiveness once a diagnosis has been made.
Changes in RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) values can be monitored automatically and in real-time.
Circadian rhythm, daytime activity and sleep time measured by the Vivago solution correlate well with the functional capacity of the RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) assessment.
