A The customer can be located using LOCATE and the map data on the carer's smartphone. The user's location information opens directly in the smartphone browser. A voice connection can also be opened to the customer if needed.
A safety area can be defined for the customer
The LOCATE can be used to define a safety area for the customer. The system will trigger an alarm if the customer leaves the area. All alarm information is stored in the Vista software.
